Sharon Osbourne Makes Case For Ozzy's Induction Into Hall As Solo Artist

We don't always agree with Sharon Osbourne but she was ABSOLUTELY correct in calling out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for not having her husband inducted as a solo artist. He is in the Hall as a member of Black Sabbath. But the facts are clear: Ozzy has sold nearly a hundred million albums as a solo artist, and has been eligible for induction since 2005, which is 25 years after the release of his first album, 1980’s Blizzard of Ozz. And Ozzy’s Blizzard of Ozz guitarist Randy Rhoads was posthumously inducted into the Hall in 2021.
