With all of the uncertainty of this Patriots' offseason with a head coaching change, more coaching additions, and a roster sure to be experiencing major changes, the one certainty for many, many years for the Patriots and their fans was Matthew Slater's fierce play, leadership, and class. To a man, anyone who coached or played with Matthew (or even against him) throughout his NFL career have had nothing but glowing things to say about his play and his character on and off the field and his unwavering dedication to winning.
