Attention Spinal Tap Fans: The Long Wait is Almost Over!

"Spinal Tap II", the long-awaited sequel to 1984's rock mockumentary "This is Spinal Tap", is set for release on Sept. 12. This brief teaser for the movie shows the band plugging in before a show, revealing amplifier volume knobs that now goes past "11" to... infinity! Most of the original cast will be in "Spinal Tap 2," along with fellow rock stars Paul McCartney and Elton John. Creator Rob Reiner says the movie is about how the band is forced out of retirement when a yet-unnamed, current huge rock band sings a Spinal Tap song backstage that’s filmed on an iPhone and becomes a viral sensation. He’s not barring out more drummers meeting their untimely demise as well.
