Astronomer Attempts to Recover from Coldplay "Kiss Cam" Scandal with Ad

Regarding the scandal that just won't go away, tech firm Astronomer has enlisted actress Gwyneth Paltrow as a “very temporary” spokesperson following the resignation of its CEO and HR chief after the historically viral “Kiss Cam” moment at a Coldplay concert.

In a tongue-in-cheek video, Paltrow, who was formerly married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, addresses public curiosity without mentioning the incident directly, while using the immense buzz from the scandal to highlight Astronomer’s AI and data automation services.

The ad, created by Ryan Reynolds’ agency Maximum Effort, has topped 35 million views and is being credited with helping the company as it attempts to recover from overwhelming reputational damage.
