An ancient cassette tape of Ozzy Osbourne rehearsing with what would become his first solo band has been found in the attic of a former employee.
David Jolly worked for Ozzy right after he was fired by Black Sabbath and had started to put together a solo band. The tape, which is labeled “Ozzie Last Day,” has 12 minutes of music with Ozzy, guitarist Randy Rhoads, bassist Bob Daisley, and an unknown drummer jamming together on a bluesy riff.
